When I open up my friend adder all the boarders come up but I can’t do anything.

Hi MidKnight, from your description it sounds as though GoGoAdder wasn’t allowed to access the internet.
This can mean 1 of 2 things:
1. You have firewall software installed on your computer and you accidentally denied GoGoAdder access to the internet. You’ll need to open your firewall software and find a “Programs”, “Program Control”, “Exceptions” or something to that effect section and then find the GoGoAdder program and make sure it’s allowed internet access.
2. You do not have the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed. Download and install it from here:

Hi Lance, as long as you downloaded GoGoAdder from this website or http://www.download.com/, that isn’t possible. GoGoAdder contains no adware, spyware and certainly does not contain a virus. Please let us know where you downloaded it from.
If you got it from us or another trusted source then I suspect that one of your programs; a Firewall or an Anti-Virus has mistaken GoGoAdder as something malicious in which case you just need to add it to your exceptions because it will do no harm to you or your computer.
If you wish to remove GoGoAdder, simply uninstall through Add/Remove Programs.

I am having a problem. I went to Browse and did a search on Myspace for film. I clicked gather ID’s and it keep going from page to page until it was in the 1,000′s and yet no numbers were showing up in the list and it showed no friends added. I tried to stop it to no avail ..I clicked Send requests and it then showed up with only 60 some numbers shown and started flickering and the request page showed up a few times but the gather ID’ thingy was still going from page to page adding seemingly adding into the 1,000′s yet no numbers beyond the 60 some was showing up on the list. In other words I can’t get this thing to work. I don’t need people from one age to another or from a specific area..I want to add people that list maybe Bon Jovi as their favorite music because they might like my bands’ music, etc.
But if the search engine is used then on that list is Myspace Music itself…and I know I don’t want to tamper with that. How about a button that says offers the option to Add only those ID’s that I click on. FriendBlaster has that on theirs. In the requests it would be good to have the option to copy and paste a general message also as to why they might like to add you?
But first how can I get the thing to stop going from page to page past 350 ID’S…and yet no numbers are showing up??

Sorry to take so long to get back with you. That was my first experience with GoGo Adder and I now know how it works and am quite thankful for the fact that it is free, fast, and simple actually. I was not watching the numbers adding up at the bottom tool bar section so even though there were 1,000′s of profiles in that search/browse area under Bon Jovi there were loads of duplicates so that is why there were only 60 or so for such a famous name as Bon Jovi. I realized that when the number of 350 individual profile ID numbers are indeed reached that it stops and then the numbers appear on the list to the left.
HAVE A NEW PROBLEM THOUGH: After signing in the page loads a Captra to be typed in…HOWEVER THE CAPTRA IS OFF TO THE RIGHT AND THERE IS NO SIDE TO SIDE SCROLL BAR TO REVEAL ALL OF THE NUMBERS…THEREFORE I CANNOT SIGN IN AT ALL BECAUSE ALL THE CAPTRA NUMBERS ARE NOT DISPLAYED. Please respond Asap! Thank you!
Hi Faye, when GoGoAdder is open.. look to the top right of the program where the _ [] X are and click the middle square button to maximize the program. This should reveal all or enough of the page to continue.

I have done that …and all it does is flicker. My screen is the same size it always is although I tried to “refresh” the screen size. It is still cut off in the right corner. Where the word is for “search” above ..it is only “sea…” I am wondering if Myspace has done this. There is a cookie that is rma.myspacecdn.com..which I have cleared all my cache/history etc. All other pages on the web are perfect…just this GoGoAdder.
Hi Faye, this is very odd. What Operating System are you using, what version of Internet Explorer are you using what is the size of your monitor and what resolution are you at?
This is mostly odd because GoGoAdder does have a side scroll bar when needed. Perhaps you should try uninstalling and reinstalling GoGoAdder.
If you still don’t see a bottom scroll bar you can still manage scrolling side to side by left-clicking on a blank space on the page, holding it down and then dragging it left or right and it should scroll over.

I will uninstall and reinstall because it has always been that the circle with the line thru it ..meaning the “locked” symbol has always appeared when I try to move the page, pull the page up or down, etc. I think I use Vista Basic Home and Internet Explorer whatever..and the size of screen/resolution was set when my sun installed this new Vista ..he is a photographer and a computer whiz so I have no idea where or how to check with that nor would I ever mess with any of that..I would have him do it…but this is the only place I am having the problem so I will just uninstall and reinstall and see if that addresses the problem.
Maybe you could implement adding for myspace groups? It would help those of us trying to add friends for game apps like mobsters….or maybe adding friends from outside websites like sumob or spuko??

my gogoadder says its collecting friend ids but no friend ids show up in the box. and its the new gogoadder too.

ID’s won’t show in the window until it’s finished gathering.. just give it a minute to finish and then begin adding.

loved your origianl gogo adder – until it stopped gathering id’s. Uninstalled the old and downloaded v1.1 and it still doesn’t gather ideas. ;-(
Unfortunately, due to the way GoGoAdder had to adapt gathering of ID’s is much slower now. You just need to give it a minute or two to finish gathering.
You won’t see the ID’s in the ID window until it has finished gathering.

No, absolutely not. The GoGoAdder program is completely safe and in NO WAY, jeopardizes your safety. Our main concern is in fact that we are receiving bogus comments from our competitors.
Please send a screen shot of this issue and let us know what firewall and anti-virus you’re using. Most likely you’re receiving a warning that it may be dangerous because it needs to access the internet, this is common with ANY program that needs access to the internet.

Currently this is not possible. We are a small team without any budget at all, everything we offer is free, support is not guaranteed. May we suggest posting in the forum next time, that way you may seek help from others and possibly get a more prompt response if we are not able to get to it.

If anybody is having problems with adding since Myspace changed the layout of the search engine and it says like40-50 gathered and stops, just go down to the page numbers to click the next page, that way as you click through the pages it will gather all the friends on that page…
question: how many times will myspace block your account for spamming before deletion?

We certainly care and appreciate your donation.
However, we simply do not have the kind of funding needed to make GoGoAdder great again.
If we received just $1 from the thousands of users we would have more than enough to save GoGoAdder.
It loads up to 42 or 43 and stops but i dont have no Blue numbers in the box to the left. I can skip the the next page and it will keep gathering but still.. No blue user numbers Why is this?
NVM i got workin it just took a couple trys Im going to see how well this works as of now and i will seriously think about donating to keep this one running and get you guys working on a new one
